For Tokyo Cheesecake Bakery we created an original food and beverage concept from the ground up, bringing together brand strategy, positioning, visual identity and interior design. The aim was to introduce a new product category to the Polish market – fluffy Japanese-style cheesecake – and to build a format ready to scale.
The visual system is built on a combination of Japanese minimalism and the atmosphere of a neighbourhood coffee shop. A restrained palette of yellow, beige and intense purple sets the brand apart from the usual Japanese-inspired venues, while an open baking area strengthens authenticity and the customer experience.
The end result is a coherent, recognisable franchise concept with a complete support package – from site selection and training through to communication, stocking and marketing activity.
