For Gerber we developed a packaging system that brings together the expert character of food for the youngest children and warm, appetising communication aimed at parents. The aim was to bring order to the portfolio, improve the legibility of information and preserve the strong, recognisable codes of a global brand.
We created a consistent layout architecture, a clear hierarchy of messages and a system for distinguishing variants. Photography of the ingredients and the product underlines naturalness and taste, while an ordered front of pack makes it easy to find the child's age, the type of meal and the key benefits.
Our work resulted in a credible, functional and scalable system that supports parents' decisions, strengthens the brand's visibility on shelf and allows a broad portfolio to be developed consistently.
