The aim of the project was to bring back Schultheiss, a historic brand dating to 1842, present it to a contemporary audience and give it a fresh, distinctive character.
We carried out an extensive lift of the identity. One of the key – and least obvious – elements was bringing in an illustrator known above all for his work with rock bands.
The result is a refreshed image that brings the brand's heritage together with a strong, distinctive illustrative language and allows it to stand out in today's market.
