Gastro chain design from A to Z / brand architecture / ongoing full service
Over the years, we have created and revitalized a number of gastro concepts for our international clients, such as Swiss Marché Restaurants Schweiz AG, owner of the Marché format, Kamps GmbH – the largest bakery chain in Germany. Based on this experience, in the beginning of 2022 we decided to create our own gastro concept. Our goal was to introduce an unknown, original bakery product that would find its admirers in Poland.
Tokyo Cheesecake Bakery – TCB for short – is the first bakery-cafe in Poland specializing in the baking of fluffy Japanese-style cheesecakes, which we opened in the heart of the picturesque old town of Poznan in June 2022.
It was very important for us to create an interior that skillfully combines Japanese minimalism with the coziness of a local cafe. Since we only offer products that are baked on site, we wanted to fully integrate the baking area with the rest of the space. The whole concept was solved with only three colors. We used shades of yellow and beige, symbolizing cheesecake, with an intense purple, symbolizing the Japanese cherry blossom. With all the focus on Japanese aesthetics, our goal was to create a visual message that would stand out from the beaten path of classic sushi establishments.
